The rapid expansion of pistachio cultivation in the Iberian Peninsula and other international markets calls for increasingly effective solutions to ensure food safety, reduce commercial risk, and facilitate access to the most demanding export markets. <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">At Bolschare, we are developing post-harvest protocols aimed at:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Reduce the risk associated with aflatoxin contamination.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">To enhance food safety and the final product quality.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Minimize economic losses for both producers and processors.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Strengthen the sector&#8217;s competitiveness and export potential.<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">To facilitate the integration of innovative solutions into existing industrial processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">This project embodies one of the strategic pillars driving Bolschare Agriculture: combining agricultural management, technical expertise, applied innovation, and market-oriented research to generate tangible value in agri-food assets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">The future of agriculture will not be defined solely by producing more, but by producing better&#8230; with greater traceability, improved food safety, and a strengthened ability to meet constantly evolving international standards.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">We would like to thank CTAEX (Extremadura National Agri-Food Technology Center) and the FoodLab program for providing a platform that enables the development of projects that contribute to the advancement and professionalization of both agriculture and the agri-food industry.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Innovation in agriculture is not simply about increasing production.
