Yesterday we participated in the third edition of Mundolivar World Congress of Olive Growing and Olive Oil Technology<\/a>, which brings together the leading figures in olive growing and olive oil technology. It is a key space for the sector, where the conversation about sustainability has ceased to be conceptual… to become strategic. <\/p>\n

In the panel discussion entitled “How to make environmental sustainability the paradigm of economic sustainability”, our COO, Tom\u00e1s J\u00f3natas<\/a>, shared how we are making this possible:<\/p>\n

We integrate ESG criteria from the design of each project, we invest in technology, we measure rigorously and we make decisions where profitability, impact and efficiency no longer compete, but reinforce each other.
We do not believe in models that separate the economic from the environmental. We believe in professional, regenerative and viable agriculture with a long-term vision. <\/p>\n

At Bolschare, we work to ensure that sustainability is not an additional feature, but the driving force of the agriculture of the future.<\/p>\n
