The Philippine press, through the Bilyonaryio channel, has echoed the Bolschare Group’s presence in the Asian country and the expansion plan it plans to carry out, establishing strategic alliances and exploring opportunities for cooperation with the agri-food and energy sectors.
As reported by Bilyonaryio, the Group’s delegation, led by its chairman, Ignacio Schmölling, held an initial meeting with House of Representatives member Adolph Edward “Eddiebong” Galido Plaza to discuss opportunities for agricultural growth, clean energy initiatives and job creation, especially for the development of Agusan de Sur Province.
Schmölling himself noted that “the Philippines represents a market with great potential in which to apply the latest techniques in sustainable agriculture and energy management.” “Our expertise in this field will provide solutions to the challenges facing the Philippine agri-food sector,” he added.
For her part, the Bolschare Group’s vice president and commercial director, Myriam Giganto, stressed the importance of working with governments and civil society, specifying that “this is a key factor, as it is the best way to ensure that our solutions are adapted as much as possible to local realities”.
